About the role  

 

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Solution Consultant to play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This senior-level position demands a deep technical understanding of the SuccessFactors platform, including system configuration, integration, and customisation.

 

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into innovative, tailored solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems while maintaining a focus on performance, scalability, and system stability. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing best practices and building a robust technical architecture that supports future growth and evolving business needs.

 

As a senior consultant and mentor, you’ll provide technical leadership, guiding others and solving complex challenges with innovative solutions. This position requires both strong technical skills and a strategic mindset to deliver high-quality, forward-thinking results aligned with evolving business goals.   • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively and with agility in high demand and high-pressure situations
  • Demonstrated ability to guide the rapid resolution of technical incidents to conclusion and the ability to uplift, manage and identify critical improvements to the user service experience
  • Deep expertise in the product domain combined with broad capability and a proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution implementation and technical and functional support
  • Demonstrated expertise in SF modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation with hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience in configuring SuccessFactors modules, tailoring the system to the specific requirements of the organization
  • Proficiency in developing custom reports, interfaces, and workflows within SAP.
  • Experience with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting production issues.
