About the role
Reporting to the Director, Talent & Capability, the Talent & Workforce Strategy Lead plays a key role in shaping how Lifeblood secures the workforce and capabilities needed to deliver its strategy, both now and into the future. Working across enterprise talent management, strategic workforce planning and job architecture, you'll partner with senior leaders to solve complex workforce challenges and build organisational capability at scale.
This is a unique opportunity to influence organisation-wide outcomes through the design and delivery of talent management approaches, the development of strategic workforce planning capability, and the evolution of Lifeblood's job architecture and capability frameworks. You'll play a key role in the ongoing refresh and governance of Lifeblood's job architecture, strengthening its application within SAP SuccessFactors, improving data quality and embedding consistent processes across the employee lifecycle. This work will help create the foundations for more scalable and integrated talent, workforce and capability practices across Lifeblood.
If you enjoy solving complex people and workforce challenges, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating strategy into practical organisational outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact across Lifeblood.

- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using workforce and talent data to generate insights and inform decision-making.
- Experience designing or evolving talent management, strategic workforce planning, job architecture or capability frameworks that support organisational priorities.
- Strong systems-thinking capability with an understanding of HRIS platforms (particularly SAP SuccessFactors) and job architecture practices.
- Extensive experience in connecting people, process, technology and data to improve workforce and talent outcomes at scale.
