Discover life-giving possibilities
Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career; it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.
About the role
Lifeblood’s Transformation Enablement Team, within the Strategic Transformation & Readiness Business Unit, is helping the organisation optimise today while building for tomorrow.
As a Transformative Ways of Working Advisor, you’ll partner with leaders and teams across Lifeblood to strengthen transformation readiness and embed the mindsets, behaviours and practices needed to deliver our Core and Explore transformation model.
Using coaching, facilitation, agile and lean thinking, continuous improvement methods and collaboration tools, you’ll help teams understand their challenges, test new approaches and create better ways to work together.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting beneath the surface. You’ll listen carefully, ask insightful questions, challenge constructively and help teams turn obstacles into practical improvements that create lasting value.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify opportunities that improve performance, engagement and effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, team conversations, learning sessions and coaching engagements
- Help leaders create greater clarity around priorities, roles, accountability and decision making
- Support teams to adopt practical ways of working that improve collaboration, adaptability and value delivery
- Encourage experimentation, continuous learning and problem solving
- Build trusted relationships that enable honest conversations, and that challenge current thinking to uncover conditions and behaviours affecting team effectiveness
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, test hypotheses and demonstrate measurable value
What we’re looking for
- You’ll bring a practical, people focused approach. You’ll have the confidence and leadership to help teams make meaningful progress in complex environments
- Experience supporting change, transformation, continuous improvement, agile or lean initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly, both virtually and in person
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to guide challenging or uncomfortable conversations
- A coaching mindset and a genuine commitment to helping leaders and teams succeed
- Curiosity, resilience and confidence when working with ambiguity
- The ability to respectfully challenge assumptions, explore root causes and help people see problems differently
- Strong organisation, accountability, follow-through and attention to outcomes. The ability to turn ideas into action
- A practical, personable style focused on creating value rather than applying frameworks for their own sake
- An interest in using digital and AI-enabled tools to simplify and improve the way people work
- Experience with behavioural change, team coaching, agile practices, Lean, Microsoft 365, Miro or similar AI-enabled collaboration tools will be highly regarded
